What should you do in case of damage to your product?

Even our products can be damaged. There is always the possibility that something may break. What steps should you follow when your product is damaged?
We repair damaged product whenever possible as we do not subscribe to the discard everything mentality.

Warranty

Our UL ultralite products carry a 2 year limited warranty. All other products have a 5 year limited warranty. All outdoor products are subject to wear and tear under intense use as they are designed to be lightweight. Treat your gear with care.

Oh and should your product get damaged, bring it in for repair immediately and don't wait till you plan your next trip.
