Order Information 2026
- Focus products are a key part of our strategy and are required in your order to ensure a strong and consistent brand presence.
- As in previous years, a factory surcharge of USD 400 applies to orders under USD 5,000 for each factory.
- Carton quantities are required to streamline production and logistics.
- We’re happy to share that carton quantities for the Packsack category have been significantly reduced, making it easier for you to order flexibly and efficiently.
- Orders without full carton quantities will be shipped from the EU warehouse.
EU-Warehouse Shipping Information
- For deliveries within the EU (EX CH and EX EUR), a USD 200 surcharge applies. This helps cover internal logistics and handling costs.
- For deliveries outside the EU, different fees and additional surcharges may apply depending on the destination.
