Product Description
The DeepSleep Auto was developed for use in vehicles. Thanks to its special shape with cutouts on the sides, it fits perfectly in the car and makes the most of the available space. In the family of our 3D mats, the DeepSleep impresses with its small pack size and weight.
The 3D construction creates a particularly large sleeping surface. The 7.5 cm-thick foam core ensures a comfortable, stable sleeping surface. The outer material is made of recycled polyester. It is particularly durable and feels pleasantly soft against the skin.
The DeepSleep Auto is self-inflating. You can use the top-up pump supplied to help achieve the desired firmness. The large flat valves allow the air to be deflated particularly quickly and easily. A large bag is included for easy packing.

EXPED calculates all climate emissions from the production and transportation of this product and finances certified climate protection projects through myclimate to an equal extent.
More and more EXPED products are made from recycled materials. Materials gained from previously made materials -such as PET-bottles or waste from the production of textiles.
Oeko-tex certified material
Oeko-Tex® is a testing and Certification system for raw materials and finished products. All materials of this product which are accordingly labelled are tested and certified according to the Oeko-Tex® standard.
All EXPED textile products are made without intentionally added PFAS since 2025. We work closely with suppliers and perform independent tests to ensure our products contain zero PFAS.
We recommend storing the rolled up mat with both valves open in a dry and cool place e.g. under the bed.
We recommend cleaning the mat with warm water and a mild detergent (no bleach!). Carefully clean the mat with a cloth or soft sponge. Make sure all valves are completely closed. Rinse well. The mat should be allowed to air dry after cleaning. DO NOT put your mat in a washing machine or dryer.

Not suitable for children under the age of three. Choking hazard as the product is impermeable to air and contains small parts that can be swallowed.
Warning Repair Kit
The glue in the repair kit contains solvents and is flammable! Keep it away from open flames and heat sources! Use the adhesive only in well-ventilated areas and avoid contact with skin, eyes, and mucous membranes! In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical advice if irritation persists. Store the adhesive out of reach of children in a cool, dry place!
