Light grey coloured interior coating for excellent visibility of contents.
4 daisy chains for endless attachment options. 2 ice axe/ trekking pole loops.
Shovel shaft and avalanche probe are securely stowed in the pack by elastic loops and are easily accessed when needed.
Clean single compartment daypack in a very versatile size: no need for compression straps due to its slim design, which also brings the centre of gravity extremely close to the body for superior load control.
Depending on ski-length and personal preference, place the included webbing straps in the desired loop of the daisy-chain.
The tapered pack body profile leads to an improved close to body fit.
A large opening to the main compartment allows for efficient loading and unpacking.
Most of our packs stand upright on their own with no need for a tree or rock to lean on.
Light grey or white inner coatings increase contrast and visibility within the pack.
Lid closure with breakproof aluminum Rapide Hooks.
Quick and easy pack side ski attachment.
Variable positioning of the hipbelt buckle: Either centered or, depending on personal preference, left or right over the padded belt preventing pressure on the abdomen.
Transparent, removable, and weatherproof document bag made of high quality UV resistant TPU film. Can be used to hold hydration bladder, wet gear, first aid kit, MP3 players, etc.
Ice axe stash function: slide the ice axe diagonally through the grey grab handle.
Removable slim shaped hipbelt carries the weight without obstructing a climbing harness.
Virtually waterproof in design with fully taped seams, a downpour will not drench spare clothes, chalk bag, or guide book.
All adjustable straps have velcro tidies to keep the strap ends from flapping in the wind.
Seal the pack with the fold and roll closure in wet weather. The draw cord gathers and controls the top part of the pack.
Elastic pen holders are integrated in lid pocket. The carabiner here also serves as a practical key holder.
Quick closing option: use only one carabiner attached to the central loop.
2 internal gear loops for organization: clip climbing hardware here to keep it out ofthe bottom of the pack. 4 multi-purpose webbing straps are included.
Just use two of the included quick release webbing straps.
For the minimalists out there who ski with a pin binding (like Dynafit, Plum etc.)and without hipbelt can use an attachment technique that works without straps and other attachment aids.
Lateral ski attachment made easy: feed the 4 included webbing-straps (2 on each side of the pack) through the daisy chains. The strap length can be adjusted steplessly depending on ski-width.
Place the ski pair between your back and pack on the shoulder harness straps. Not the most comfortable option, but quick and easy for short stretches.
In order to secure the skis, clip the karabiner (found in the interior lid pocket) to the drawcord and run the cord through the grey webbing loop as a pulley.
Apart from the two standard ski attachment techniques (lateral and diagonal), when in open country the skis can also be clamped under the pack lid without the need of additional straps. This technique is actually very comfortable as the skis are positioned close to the body and the load sits right next to the shoulders.
