Thanks to the mono-material concept, the TPU air core and the recycled polyester cover can be separated from each other. This also makes the mat easier to recycle at the end of the day.
The washable cover is equipped with many practical details: a carrying handle for easy handling, coupling eyelets for connecting several mats, and a zip pocket for small equipment. The Schnozzel pump bag supplied ensures quick, moisture-free inflation.
EXPED calculates all climate emissions from the production and transportation of this product and finances certified climate protection projects through myclimate to an equal extent.

Bluesign® is the world's strictest textile standard for environmental and consumer protection in the textile industry. All materials of this product which are accordingly labelled are manufactured and approved according to the bluesign® standard.
All EXPED textile products are made without intentionally added PFAS since 2025. We work closely with suppliers and perform independent tests to ensure our products contain zero PFAS.

We recommend storing the rolled up mat with both valves open in a dry and cool place e.g. under the bed.
We recommend cleaning the mat with warm water and a mild detergent (no bleach!). Carefully clean the mat with a cloth or soft sponge. Make sure all valves are completely closed. Rinse well. The mat should be allowed to air dry after cleaning. DO NOT put your mat in a washing machine or dryer.

Warning Repair Kit
The glue in the repair kit contains solvents and is flammable! Keep it away from open flames and heat sources! Use the adhesive only in well-ventilated areas and avoid contact with skin, eyes, and mucous membranes! In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical advice if irritation persists. Store the adhesive out of reach of children in a cool, dry place!
